separate seating area poolside service
I spent several nights in the Grand Beautiful Room. The room was spacious and featured a separate seating area. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and dual sinks!!! I loved the minibar. It was stocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks. The multiple pools were amazing. It was easy to find a lounger. The poolside service for drinks and snacks was quick and efficient.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

dated room clinical atmosphere
The location was very convenient, near shops and restaurants.
My room felt quite dated. It was dark and a bit dingy. The corridors seemed dark too. The pool areas were crowded with sunbeds placed very close together. The atmosphere felt clinical.
the resort featured multiple pools, all spacious and clean. i enjoyed the breakfast buffetwith a wide selection. the location was excellent, right on the beach and near local shops. i liked how close the resort was to markets, just down the driveway.
the gym equipment was slightly dated.

i found this resort quite really good. the hotel provided modern rooms and a covered balcony, which i used frequently. the three large swimming pools always had available loungers. the staff was helpful and friendly .
the gym only had a limited amount of equipment.

acceptable stay
the location was convenient. everything was within a four-minute walk. onsite massage services and well-kept grounds were appreciated.
i found a lack of training among some staff members. our room attendant frequently forgot tissues and refreshments. also, replenishing water daily was inconsistent.
